YP One gives me more for my money.
This is my second year advertising in YP One's Rosenberg/Richmond directory, and I've gotten quite a few calls and referrals from that. I've advertised in a few different yellow pages, and have found that YP One gives me more for my money. When I looked at price versus what I was getting from some of the competitors – or distribution versus what the other companies were getting for advertising space – I saw that YP One was just a better deal… so I switched.

I really do think it's the best phone book in the area.

Working in Arizona

It's the only yellow pages we advertise in. I'm very happy with the results.
I've worked with YP One for just a few months, and have already received quite a few phone calls from the ads we placed in the Mesa and Apache Junction books. I'm very happy with the results.
The biggest factor that led us to YP One was price. The cost of advertising in the bigger yellow pages is astronomical, and with YP One, you get the same effect for a whole lot less. When a new customer calls and says they found us in the yellow pages, we know it's YP One. It's the only yellow pages we advertise in.

We've been working with YP One for around three years. We're in all the YP One books as well as the other yellow pages. YP One is great -- it's the only book that works, to be honest with you. I spend a significant amount in phone book advertising. I'm having a really time hard with the other books right now, but YP One is working well for me. It's less expensive than the others, and the ads look better. Other companies will sign me up, and then the phone doesn't ring very often. YP One always pays for me.

There are days when we get five or six calls from YP One.
We haven't been advertising with YP One for long, but so far, we've made well over our money back. We have a half-page ad in the Tempe, Cave Creek, and Chandler/Gilbert books, as well as in the other yellow page directories. There are days when we got five or six calls from YP One books; the larger yellow pages just don't compare. We wanted to target a particular geographic area, and YP One helped us do that. We're pretty pleased with the results so far.

We're happy with YP One.
YP One has worked really well for us. Our sales representative has been wonderful to work with, and it's been a good value. We get a larger sized ad for our money compared with the other yellow page books. I've had people call and say they've seen our ads in the YP One directories. So, we are happy with YP One.

YP One has absolutely given us more for the money.
Much of our business has been word-of-mouth, but in the last year or so, we've seen business grow as a result of our ads in the two YP One books we advertise in. We did advertise in another book as well, but YP One has given us a much better experience. It just boils down to our sales rep. She's an amazing person, and very helpful. She has never pressured us to do anything out of our range -- which was a problem with the other yellow pages book. We work on a very limited budget, and have to make sure that every dollar works for us. YP One has absolutely given us more for the money.

During this past year, our company conducted a survey with our upholstery customers to determine where they had heard of our company. We want to say a big ‘thank you' to PhoneGuide.
One hot Saturday afternoon in September, we received a call from a Kitchener gas station. A man was driving his daughter to Waterloo from Toronto, and his vehicle had broken down on the highway. He had hitchhiked to the nearest gas station, where he picked up the latest Phone Guide. He noticed our car rental ad in the book at first glance, because it says '24-hour service.' As soon as we realized what had happened, we ran to his rescue.  We helped him get his vehicle towed to a local repair shop, and provided him with a rental vehicle.  He was on his way to Waterloo within 30 minutes. A few days later, when his vehicle was fixed, he returned the rental to us and we gave him a ride to the repair shop so that he could retrieve it. Your book saved him a couple of hotel stays and offered a lot of convenience. He was very thankful to us, and in turn we want to say a big ‘thank you' to you.
