Fred Groser, CEO
Fred Groser has been has been Chairman and CEO of ypOne Inc. since August, 2008. He came to ypOne with 30 plus years experience in the Yellow Pages Industry.
Groser was Chief Operating Officer of Ambassador Media Company, Area President of Verizon Information Services and Executive Vice-President for R.H.Donnelley when they concluded a successful spin-off from Dun & Bradstreet Inc. becoming the first publicly traded yellow pages company in the United States.
During his career of over 30 years in this Industry he has held numerous positions in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Business Development for both Telco and Independent Publishing companies.
Originally from West Islip, New York Groser is a graduate of King's College with a B.S. in Business Administration and has completed the Kellogg Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program.

George Keefe, Executive Vice President - Operations
A seasoned Publishing/Operations professional, George A. Keefe has a proven track record in achieving dramatic cost reductions, quality improvements, culture change, business process improvements, and team-building. Prior to joining YP One, he served as Group Vice President of Publishing for Verizon, a Fortune 10 company.
There he standardized systems and processes that led to a 30 percent reduction in workforce. He also increased quality by 20 percent and expanded capacity so as to cut cycle time in half. George has also been Vice President of Customer Fulfillment for a $2-billion publishing division, where he directed production as well as directory printing, distribution, and paper procurement. His exceptional outsourcing and negotiation skills, along with careful control of environmental issues, was instrumental in achieving significant successes.
As Chairman of an internal graphics design subsidiary, George doubled production capacity and workforce, and introduced a Gain Sharing Plan for employees. Both of these positions, resulting from large parent-company mergers, required him to merge sizable operations and create a unified culture. In the role of Vice President of Production, he developed and implemented plans that dramatically reduced costs, including the procurement of a $1-billion outsourcing contract.
George holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Anselm College and an MBA from Northeastern University.
